Police Brutality in Dallas

If you follow this link to the Texas Observer, you will find five pages of articles that have been tagged “police brutality.” This is unacceptable.

While media coverage brings to light the inherent racism and brutality from the Dallas/Texas police, more is needed.

We must defund the police, re-educate those paid to serve and protect and bring more community based funding and support to our schools and protective services.

The oldest of these articles is 2013, but we know this behavior has been happening for hundred of years on Dallas/Texas soil.

But if you somehow do not believe that police brutality and system racism is real, we urge you to read these articles, look at the faces of the (mainly Black) faces killed by those in power and then hopefully you will be ready to join us!
