Malikah Shabazz Found Dead
One of the youngest children of Malcolm X was found dead in her apartment. She was found by her daughter.
Her death comes just two days before two of the men who were convicted for her father’s death are to be exonerated.
She was 56 years old.
So far, her death seems based in natural causes, as she had been sick for a while, though still awaiting official results.
Her mother, Betty, was pregnant with Malikah and her twin sister when their father was assassinated in 1965.
She never knew her father in the flesh because he was ripped from the family too soon, but perhaps, now she will rest with him and other loved ones who have gone.
