3. An end to qualified immunity (essentially, a law that allows police to be exempt from prosecution for acts committed in the course of doing their job) for Dallas Police Officers who turn off their body cameras or otherwise refuse to follow department policy. Many times, cops simply turn off a switch and then can act with impunity and hide behind qualified immunity

The third goal of our organization-an end to qualified immunity for police- no one should be immune for violence.

No one should be immune to abusing power and not doing their job.

If lives are harmed, there should be investigation and accountability.

One might say differently for a war on foreign soil, which is another conversation altogether, but there is no excuse for it it our community, city, state, country. If we are all part of this United State, then any harm caused to non-police by police should be examined and treated as it would for any other human harming another.
