Know Thyself

Every great teacher, writer, philosopher, seeker, tradition knows this one truth- know thyself.

This requires a hard look at our shadow, our compliance in corruption, our ignorance, the ways we each are intolerable, unkind, dishonest, greedy and unwilling to change. This is particularly true of non BIPOC and non LGBTQ.

It also means knowing our strengths, virtues, gifts, worth. especially for BIPOC & LGBTQ.

This time of year offers spacr for reflection, will you accept the invitation to take a good hard look at yourself?
