What do you know about your history? Your family? Your ancestry? As we move into the "holidays," have you done the work to dismantle the lies and deception around Thanksgiving? Are you willing to risk spreading illness to "honor your traditions." most of which are not ours.

If we truly, fearlessly are able to examine our biases, our privilege, oppression, upbringing and education, we will experience pain but we also begin the path to freedom. And that is the legacy we need to offer future generations.
