We must embrace diversity.
Dallas is an incredibly diverse city.
Currently almost 42% Hispanic, 24% Black, 28% White and 6% other race

and yet…
a thriving business like Baker Botts has one Black lawyer?
The park city chatter group only allows white people?
Diversity makes us stronger. It makes us better.
and we need to embrace, unite… or those in power will continue to divide, rob, rule, kill… destroy us, our cities and the planets.
Most racist folks are being harmed by these systems- they are manipulated and drawn deeper into a corruption that only cares about 1% of all of us.
It is past time for Dallas to diversify.
and it starts small, and it starts now- with local businesses, schools and communities.
