Decide Who You are

You have to decide who you are and force the world to deal with you, not with its idea of you.

(James Baldwin)

Who are you?

Who are you really?

Underneath what the world has labeled you, told you are or should be.

So much of justice work is inner reflection. Called the “great unlearning” by activists and teachers. Regardless of color or gender, we must unlearn what the worls has taught us and learn the truth, starting with our own truth.

Only then can we rise into power, into allyship, into justice.
